Body Be Well Bundle

Body Be Well Bundle is an offering of three handmade herbal remedies to encourage a healthy immune response. These tonics offer a nourishing dose of minerals, boost the body's defenses through times of stress, soothe irritation & perhaps most importantly: connect you to the gently powerful incorporation of herbs into a daily routine.

• ELDERBERRY SYRUP (7 oz.), A versatile remedy for colds and flus, Elderberries support the immune system as an antiviral and potent antioxidant while ginger, cinnamon & cloves warm the body by stimulating healthy circulation and lymph flow. The current batch contains Elecampane grown in our garden, whose root is indicated for clearing phlegm from the respiratory system and soothing coughs.

• NOURiSH TEA BLEND (1 oz.), A staple in our own cupboard, Nourish is a blend of mineral rich tonic herbs to support the body throughout the year. Safe for daily use, our Nourish tea is full of plants that encourage nutrient absorption, reduce inflammation, support healthy lymphatic flow, and aid in digestion. 

 

• WOUNDED HEALER BALM (.5 oz.), formulated as a First Aid Balm, this is a great go-to remedy for all sorts of skin irritations from chapped lips, minor cuts, sunburn, bug bites, (diaper) rashes, sores, etc. The convenient big tube allows for thick layers of application.
